Typographic excellence: ‘from hand to mouse’
The Type Directors Club, an international organization supporting excellence in typography, asked Janice Fudyma to not only be one of the judges for their themed competition, but also enlisted the Bernhardt Fudyma Design Group in NYC to design and produce the commemorative book for their annual exhibition.
The book featured the best examples of typography design for the 18th year of the competition. In addition to celebrating outstanding achievements, the typography competitions and resulting annuals serve as important historical records of typographic trends, and are an invaluable resource for both designers and scholars.
